Return/Exchange Policy

All products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 03 days only if:

·         Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.

·         The item(s) is faulty, expire, or defective at the time of delivery.

·         The received product(s) differed from the original order.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 03 days of the order received date.

Our Management will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair.

Once we receive the item, our team will review and inform accordingly.

Once the dispute is settled, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it back to the customer ASAP.

In case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Discounted Items cannot be returned/Exchanged.


Quality Flavors (Pvt) Ltd (QFPL) makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible.

Please note, however, there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may differ from original products slightly.

Please keep in mind that colors in pictures may vary from actual item due to the lighting during a photoshoot or your device display settings.
